Broccoli Delight - From Diana Rattray
* 20 ounces frozen chopped broccoli
* 2 cups cooked rice
* 1 jar (2 ounces) chopped pimientos, drained
* 1 cup finely chopped celery
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery or broccoli
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
PREPARATION:
Cook broccoli as directed on package. Drain then combine with the cooked rice, pimientos, celery, sour cream, soup, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a 2-quart casserole; sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake at 325° for 20 to 30 minutes, until heated through.

Cheesy Broccoli Chicken Roast With Rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Pound of Broccoli tops
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1cup of cooked rice
1/2 cup of Spaghetti Noodles cooked
Choice of skinless chicken breast or skinless drums and thighs
2 to 3 cloves of Garlic finely chopped
Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste
Place chicken and broccoli in roasting pan
cover with soup
add cheese,rice,noodles,garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Bake at 350F for 30 to 45 Minutes
or until done

broccoli casserole by me
1 bag of chopped broccoli
1 jar of cheese whiz
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of rice
cook broc. until tender. cook rice. mix all ingredients together in large pan or casserole dish. (optional)bake on 350 for 5 min. season to taste. enjoy!
