The moment that the injuction has been served on you, it is enforcable. If you did not receive it yet, then likely it is not in effect yet, although various states and countries have different regulations on that.
Some may say that the moment it is approved by a judge, it is in effect. Others may take the fact that your ex actually told you that there is an injunction as sufficient advance warning to you.
If it has come down to an injuction and the law has had to get involved, it is probably best if you just leave your ex alone. If there are children involved (custody, visitation) or property of yours to still be returned, I would recommend that you do this through a lawyer.

for the record it is not enforced until you have received it but it wont stop the old bill from arresting you anyway so why dont you just get a life.

you need to find out if an injuction was issued,,, where did you find out about this.. if it is from her ,, the odds was it was never issued, no matter the case you are going to loose.

Did you recieve any notification from his solicitor about this injunction or the court. If you haven't it is unlikely he did it.
