I would like to tone up and loose about ten pounds.

I already eat healthy, I just don't exercise

start by drinking (more) water throughout your day...especially right before and actually at mealtimes.Not only will you get a fuller feeling and not want to eat as much,you are hydrating your body and assisting in flushing out those pesky toxins. Little and gradual lifestyle changes work best so no crazy fad dieting! Try not to eat past 7pm and make sure you get some strenuous exercise...something where you can carry on a conversation and focus on your breath and movement. 10 pounds should come off in a month or so- shoot for losing 2 pounds a week. good luck!
