Sure, but in moderate quanities. Some nuts are high in fats, but they are the good fats. Dried fruits can be high in sugar - check the package to be sure they are all natural.

Nuts u don't have to avoid, just eat them in moderation depending on what nut u wanna eat. I think dried fruit should also be eaten in moderation due to how much more ingredients r added to preserve them. Good luck on ur diet!!! :)

Yes they are good for you but don't forget that although nuts are an excellent source of protein they are also full of fat and calories. With regards to fruit fresh is always best!

Yes, and tasty as well.

I love dried apricots and prunes.... very nice to snack on. The sugars food in them are natural sugars from the fruit, not added!

Yes they are really good for you, so much better than crisps or sweets and the fill you up so you shouldnt need to snack on anything else.
