it's not safe. but if you are, you have to be careful. Bars serve you (for example) vokda, and they'll put the redbull on the side.. so they can't be held responsible if something happens. Howvever, there are some drop shots that require you to drop a shot of alcohol into redbull. you just have to be careful.
i personally don't, but only because i don't like the taste.
be careful. good luck.

Since energy drinks are stimulants and alcohol is a depressant, the combination of effects may be dangerous. The stimulant effects can mask how intoxicated you are and prevent you from realizing how much alcohol you have consumed. Fatigue is one of the ways the body normally tells someone that they've had enough to drink.
The stimulant effect can give the person the impression they aren't impaired. No matter how alert you feel, your blood alcohol concentration (BAC) is the same as it would be without the energy drink. Once the stimulant effect wears off, the depressant effects of the alcohol will remain and could cause vomiting in your sleep or respiratory depression.
Both energy drinks and alcohol are very dehydrating (the caffeine in energy drinks is a diuretic). Dehydration can hinder your body's ability to metabolize alcohol and will increase the toxicity, and therefore the hangover, the next day.

drinking too much of anything isn't safe but i will drink a redbull and vodka or two on any given night out. but more than that may be too much for the body to handle. as always you should drink one glass of water between every alcoholic beverage you consume.

No talking from experience i wish i would have never drank a energy drink with alcohol.
For example vodka is a depressant and energy drinks and a stimulant so they clash and thats why you get so drunk

I used to drink Red Bull and vodkas, until one night I had three and began having heart palpitations. Later I read that it causes extreme dehydration. Don't know if it will kill you, but I'd do it in moderation.
