i want to kno if it is possible lose 8 pounds and a dress size and/or pants size in 2 days because that is my goal that i want to make and accomplish?

it all depends..like how much weight do you have to lose in the first place..if you're really fat ( no offense )..like when I was...I could lose up to 5 lbs in a week..but now (i'm much lighter now)..i work even harder and can only lose 1-2 lbs in a week.

Really it's un safe to lose more than 1-2 lbs a week unless ur really obese and you can lose it even faster, but you risk having extra skin.

You have two options: 1) lyposuction 2) the Sauna..the Sauna is the fighter/wrestler quick diet. You can easily lose 8 lbs in 2 days. Hell I lost 8 lbs in two hours in the Sauna..but it was a for a pre-fight weigh-in. That being said it was all water weight, very unhealthy, and I doubt it really made me lose any size for clothing. If anything it just made me dehydrated.

If you want to lose it semi-safe (you can't lose 8 lbs in two days without being unhealthy)..water and cracker diet for the two days, and lots of working out (don't kill yourself)..you won't lose that much weight, but it's a quick way to lose weight without dehydrating yourself entirely in the sauna. Just don't continue that diet for longer than 2 days. I wouldn't even go past a day.

no. u should try to extend your goal for your weight loss. Give yourself a long enough time to lose the weight u want in a healthy amount of time. I'm doing that, I'm giving myself till June 1st to lose 10 lbs, which is just 2 more than your trying to. so just eat healthy and start excercising. and sooner or later you'll lose those 8lbs, but it won't happen in just 2 days sorry.

There'e no way to lose it comfortably or even in a healthy way.

Water weight, maybe but that would take a strong diuretic, and you may have bad results.

It's an impossible goal, so if you have someplace you have to be in two days, just chill out and don't do anything.

If your goal is not for a specific event in 2 days then change your game plan to allow more time.

No. Don't you think if it were possible, everyone would have done it?

Even if you did nothing but drink water and run 10 miles a day you couldn't lose 8 pounds that fast. Maybe in a week.

you could, but why would you want to?

it isn't something you should do very often, but you could get some citrate of magnesia to 'clean you out'
it's a laxative, so be prepared to poo until you want to fall over.
and then don't eat anything, but drink juice, water and decaf tea. it's called fasting.
i would recommend doing it on the weekend.

LET ME STRESS THIS TO YOU, IT IS NOT SOMETHING YOU SHOULD DO FOR KICKS, OR TO IMPRESS SOMEONE.
YOU WILL BE BASICALLY LOSING WATER WEIGHT, AND THAT'S ALL.
IF YOU DO IT ALL THE TIME, IT WOULD MOST DEFIANTLY KILL YOU.

THE BIBLE TALKS ABOUT FASTING, BUT IT IS FOR SPIRITUAL, AS WELL AS BODY CLEANSING.

NEVER GO TO EXTREMES FOR WEIGHT.

I don't think you can lose that many in just 2 days even if you exercise for 12 hours and starve yourself all day.
