I posted a question yesterday asking what I need to look for in a camera for taking pics at concerts. After finding out what I need I've found a few cameras and would like to know everyone's opinion.

Casio EX2700

Olympus stylus 740 (though I can't find the ISO posted anywhere)

Panasonic 7.2 Megapixel Lumix

These are the ones I've just found browsing store ads and such, But I'm open to other suggestions. I'm looking for one that will be good for taking pics at a concert where the light is low, the one I have now makes the pics turn out really dark and sometimes blurry.

I suggest that you also look at the Fuji F30 - it's currently the best compact digital camera for low light conditions. You can learn more about these camera at dpreview.com. Here's a side-by-side comparison for these cameras:

Check out the Canon Power Shot S3IS which has image stabilization, a 12X zoom, and (I think) ISO settings up to 800 -It has an eye level electronic finder which makes it easier to hold the camera still compared to cameras with only a screen on the back. It uses SD memory cards which are relatively inexpensive and it uses AA batteries (Its best to use rechargeable double A's but they are less expensive than proprietary batteries used b some cameras.) This camera can also shoot movie clips at 640X480 resolution with stereo sound.) - If you want to save money, you might also see if you can find the previous model of this camera the S2IS - which has 5 rather than 6 megapixel resolution and slightly worse low light sensitivity - but is otherwise very similar to the S3IS.

Chuckie's right. If you're looking for a compact digicam that works in low light situations- the decision is easy. Get a Fuji.

You can choose an F20 (~$165)
An F30 (~$210) same camera as F20 with more features.
F31fd- an F30 with a few tweaks

or, the new, not yet available F40. An upgrade to the F20.

The F30 can do ISO3200, although it's pretty noisy at that sensitivity. But the ISO1600 isn't bad, and the ISO800 is downright good.

It's possible that no point and shoot camera will do you justice. There are people on this Website who are quite involved with DIGITAL SINGLE LENS REFLEX CAMERAS (dslr), which is what you might need.
According to Website dpreview.com the Olympus stylus 740 ISO range is: 80, 100, 200, 400, 800, (1600 with limitations). Whatever that means.
