How do you get your mind off a man i.e. if you're waiting for him to call??

urggh i am going through the same thing! i just called my ex. i can't stop thinking about him even though he's done some horrible things to me. i have to just think of all those things that he's done and make that turn me away. i told my sister to hide the phone so i wouldn't call. i know he won't call because he's already moved on it seems. if you call, he's going to think that he has won. he wants you to sob over him and cry over him. he wants you to think abou him all the time mean while, he's probably out there having fun not even worrying that he's your girl or was your girl. just be the better person. wait until he calls you. when he does don't pick up! don't run to the phone! you have to make him wait because chances are, he's done it to you. he was probably saying that he doesn't want to talk to you behind your back. believe me ! it's happened to me. DON"T LET HIM TAKE OVER YOUR LIFE! YOU HAVE TO STAY STRONG!
