NO PILLS...try weight trainig a couple days a week. muscles cuts down fat while inactive. good luck. make sure you have enough protein too.

Green tea is a great supplement for weight loss and it also has a lot of health benefits still being discoverd today. Try the Green tea extract pills. A lot less tasty than a freshly brewed cup, but its a better and more efficient way to ingest it. Pick it up at your local supplement shop.

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
