If you are asking whether it is ok to substitute diet soda for water, you would still be drinking 3 liters of liquid, but it's not water. It's a chemical compound that takes paint off cars, creates osteoporosis, and causes dehydration, thus negating any hydrating benefit. I'd stick with water if you can.

Caffeine is a diuretic. You'll actually end up peeing out more water than you take in from the Diet Pepsi.

Not to mention the havok all the other "secret ingredients" will have on your body.
