What do i do with my hair now.....? O_o?

I have got long black hair thats down to my shoulders. Its slightly shorter at the back but not by much.

I want something new cause at the moment its just parted down the middle and in my oppinion i look like a tramp.

What can i do to my hair, i got lots of it perfect for styling just dont have any idear.

as a stylist and at this time a punky look is definately in! any you can do it in many ways. to look like a fashion model, an everyday look, a soft look, a rock look. so many things u can do with this length of hair.

hair is about product and tools these days....if u got the right products and tools. you can make the same length hair and same color hair look different everyday!

id say start playin with some gels, sprays, muds/putty/masks. and just slap it on and play with it!

take pictures if u want that way u can look at them and decide what u like best!

if u dotn want to change to much and ur to scared THATS OKAY! take a lil step at a time! dont traumatize urself with a haircut u think is cool then when u do it ...u end up regretting it!

id suggest to give ur hair a slight new look with out being over dramatic....is to do a slight color change...if u have dark hair DONT GO AND GET BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS IF YOUR NERVOUS ABOUT CHANGE. id say is to get ONE color lighter then ur current color...so if its black get a very dark brown..and highlight it...even if its not overly noticable...when u stand in the light it will give ur hair a more vibrant color. and fresh new look. this works great for guys and girls to do. then later if ur feeling u need more change u can still do that...by adding another color lighter then the color u just added. u can keep doing this more and more...until u reach a shade u like. and itll give u a natural look. and u can decide if u want a chunky amount of colors or thin amounts that look more natural.

as far as cuts...cut a lil at a time. dont be afraid to just do it...if u think u look hot and u have that attitude it wont matter what u do to ur hair ull still be hot! its all about attitude after a while.

when u go to a stylist they listen for certain words and descriptions u tell them of what u want.

stylist speak another language!!! learn it!

say things like...i want VOLUME. I WANT IT MORE FULL. THINNER. SLEAKER.
and then ask them how to achieve that . theyll tell u either product , tool. cut . or color.

cut out pics and show them what u want...stylist are visual people and hands on people. so show them a picture...different pics....say i want bangs like this, back of head like this. sides like this....and then touch and pull ur hair. and move it around so they really get the idea.

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH UR HAIR if u feel nervous about the stylist. a stylist should really consult u and u both should understand each other befor the service , during the service, and at the end of the service.

right now for the hair cut u say u have...if i was ur stylist...id "ill cut the back in away so that when it grows we can start styling that more. for now lets let it grow but trim it and cut it in a way that it looks good but is also healthy (healthy hair is hot hair! ) . also lets cut the bangs. texturize a little bit...so u dont have an overly sharp look. make it soft and more natural also will give it a lil bit of a wild look so that it kinda has a life of its own...and will blend it in with the side...mabey a lil long on the sides...we want u to move with ur hair...so when u move it moves...it moves-then it forces u to move. brushing the hair away from ur face, sweeping it around. alot of movement is sexy. and no it isnt femine it can be very masculine. and id just using mabey something thats gonna keep ur hair soft..not crispy or hard. or will give u flakes.perhaps an oil- and start using a shampoo and conditioner thats gonna work for ur hair type and style."

like i said everything is about products and tools these days. have fun play with them. dont take it to seriously just have fun . its urs and u can do what u want with it...and as much as u want !

Cut it off-I'm bald and it was the best decision I have ever made.It's easy to deal with and you can get ready in no-time.Or just cut it really short-I think shorter hair looks better and more masculine.

Just get it cut to about ear length, with lots of layers. then apply lots of putty to it and mess it up ;)
