You need to use the FDA food pyramid as a resource to identify the correct way to balance your diet. For Breakfast, you ate 2 carbohydrates and no fruit, and very little protein. I would recommend adding a banana and milk to your breakfast with some almonds. Eliminate the toast. That way you get calcium, protein, and vitamins (potassium especially) from the fruit. Lunch is also lacking in protein. Add a meat of some sort. Grilled chicken or fish is a great source of lean protein. This is very important. If you do not eat a balanced diet and not enough calories, your body goes into starvation mode. Your metabolism slows and your body conserves calories as a mode of avoiding starvation. The fact that you believe you have eaten too much is concerning. You should eat a minimum of 1800 calories a day depending on your age and weight. Just make sure you exercise and eat a balanced diet. This is a great way to be healthy and stay slim and trim. Good luck.

Listen to me. If you have got a nice body right now. (Even if you could be skinnier) be careful.
Look at my pic. I am 34 with 2 kids. That's my stomach. I eat what I like, including fast food and dessert. The reason I can eat like this is because I have NEVER stopped eating like this. I have NEVER been on a diet. My body knows that this is the number of calories that I have eaten every day since I was about 15 and it works with me.
My sister, who used to look exactly like me, decided she wanted to lose 10 pounds to be a size 2. Well, it worked, for about 4 months. Then she started eating normally again. Not pigging out, just eating like she used to before her diet. She gained 30 pounds. 20 more than the 10 she lost. Now she is stuck. She HAS to diet just to keep her weight down. It sucks. She should have just been happy the way she was.
If you aren't fat, and you would be okay having the body you have right now for the rest of your life, do not diet. Even if you don't look like a supermodel. Being skinny doesn't necessarily make you look better. Guys like curves.

You haven't said anything about how many calories your alotting yourself for the day. But I would say that you are doing fine. So far you've had 320 calories which means you should have around 700 left for dinner and that's pretty good!

It's in your mind. Something like baby carrots make a good snack, fill you up, and are hardly any calories. And good for you too! You could have a turkey sandwich for lunch, with some cheese, and still be ok, and eating healthy. You need to be eating a bit more.

Thats about what I've eatten today, however, if you've drank coffee or soda you're going to feel very full. Actually same way with water if you've drank about 3-4 glasses between breakfast and lunch.
As for the others who've said you've eatten too little. Unless your 85 lbs sopping wet, you've eatten just fine, as long as you have a well balanced dinner.
