Without a doctor's confirmation the best way to tell is to take a home pregnancy test. With my pregnancies I had an extremely faint line for positive both times. The best way to get a darker line is to either wait longer, which I am guessing you don't want to do, or wait until the morning and urinate in a disposable cup. After that you will want to read the instructions on a home pregnancy test for dipping the test in urine instead of holding it in a stream, but when in doubt just hold the pee strip in the cup of urine for 10 seconds. Then you set the test flat on the counter until the test reads out. You will get 1 of 3 results: negative, positive, or false negative. YOU WILL NEVER GET A FALSE NEGATIVE because a home pregnancy test is testing for hcg (human chorionic gonadotropin) and that is what forms the placenta. You will not have this hormone present in your body unless you are pregnant or have ovarian cancer. Good luck.

If the person in question is your G/F, or was your G/F, you can SOMETIMES get a good idea by feeling the cervix. That's the odd bump at the bottom of the vagina. When a woman becomes pregnant, the cervix creates a plug, which prevents bacteria and other odds and ends from getting into the uterus, which is where the baby grows. I've been told, and read, that a man whose wife or girlfriend became pregnant could tell that she was because the cervix felt different. How different, I don't know. I didn't find this out until after my one and only pregnancy was over. Hope this helps!
