Only Ignorant people think Allah refers to something else besides the All-Mighty, Oft-Forgiving, Creator of the Universe.
Arab Christians say that Jesus was the son of Allah.
The problem all started when the translators, didn't do their complete job, they only transliterated the word Allah instead of translating in to God. Some have done this though, Dr Irving Translation for example.
Most people haven't looked up the word God, as compared to god they have different meanings.

jesus understood both hebrew and aramaic, so what that was for that region of that day, that is why I am so suprised at most middle eastern muslims that say christianity is a foreign religion. It came from the middle east. This has nothing to do with being a muslim or mohammed some man who came hundreds of years after and changed the truth of jesus.

Jesus was Jewish, which means he spoke Aramaic and prayed in Hebrew. Aramaic was the spoken language, and Hebrew has always been the language of prayer and Jewish learning for all Jews.

Jesus Christ is God and He spoke not only Aramaic, Hebrew but every language spoken in this world. You limit my God and Jesus Christ is limitless. The Holy Trinity is God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son of God who is God in the flesh and the Holy Spirit who is God with me. I have God in me and my body is the temple of God. I am a child of the living God, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob whose Son was Jesus Christ(God in the flesh) who defeated Satan on the cross of calvary. The Jewish people for thousands of years protected the Old Testament and the books of Moses. The apostles of Jesus Christ inspired by God gave us the New Testament of the Holy Bible. The Jewish people are the most persecuted people in the world because of my God and not all of them believe in Jesus either. Jesus said He would return when the Jews said "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord."
I love the Arabs and the Jews because God tells me to love you both, but Allah the god of the Quran is not my God. I don't know who wrote your Quran but it was not my God. I serve a living God who sent His Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross of calvary for your sins and my sins. If Christ had not come and gone to the cross, you and I would be dead in our sins with no hope of eternal life hereafter. Adam and Eve were told if they ate of the tree they would die and they died and were dead in sin until Jesus came to the cross of calvary.
