Are men and women equals......yes
Are their physical attributes equal, no. Look at it logically, of the two of you, who is better suited to lift and move the box? It sounds like you have 2 personal issues. The first is a problem with your co-worker, do you have some other grief with her, and you are looking for outlets to vent on. The second is that you are more concerned what the other person isn't doing than what you can do. You shouldn't worry about what they arn't doing, thats not your job.

This argument only applies if you are a less than 100 pound weakling. But to answer your question, no...although it apears that men have the upper hand in politics, business and society in general, women gained the upper-hand gradually since the beginning of the equality movement. In much the same way that a visible minority essentially has more rights that non-minorities, women have the advantage of being able to bend the laws in their favour simply based on their gendre.

Dude genetically men are larger than woman, women were made to give birth (which i doubt even with the capability men could even deal with the pain)..but men were meant to do the hunting..I mean of course individuals stand out, but generalizing. men and women will never be equal...but you know there are different cases...we'll probably see a black man as president before a white women...but i guarantee you at home that woman is running the show. Women in general live longer than men, but men in general are stronger than women (physically)..Men may not cry and be as sensitive as women, but women sure as hell can hold out from sex a lot longer. I'm making generalizations, individuals will always stand out, but yeah..one will always be better than the other in different things.

men & women are equal....but if she's not strong enough 2 do it then she can't do it.....wait....she's only 100 lbs??? im not old enough 2 work yet & im already taller & i weigh more XD lol. Well if she's strong enough 2 help then she should(if she just doesn't wanna do it when she's fully able 2 then thats just laziness). but if she's gonna get crushed by all the stuff then she probably shouldn't & yeah i guess she's physically weak then. but females aren't weak just some are, just as some males are weak. but i dunno some ppl think that women are different n thats y they ask u instead of her because they don't think she's strong enough when she is(if she is).... n then not asking her would be just wrong. lol.

Of course that woman you work with is weak — she weighs 100 pounds. What did you expect? Men and women are not truly equal yet, but we're working on it, I swear.

Chicks is not the proper term. Women are women. They are not equal in size, this is true. Where they are equal is intellect. If you are not willing to tap into the intellectual fountain that is the female mind, then you will become less able to adapt in this world.

Just because that particular female is weak doesn't mean that they are all weak. And just because you are capable of moving the heavy equipment doesn't mean that all men are. So in the fact that we are all different and shouldn't be stereotyped, we are the same.

I'm all for equality - however I know my limits
And I know your's too - I am way above you my dear - as I would never refer to men as jerks, asses, slobs, or the like, whereas you have no difficulty referring to women as "chicks"

shame on you
