probation must be over for thirty days before you can enlist.
If you have a pending DUI, you are ineligible until ONE YEAR has gone by since the DUI.
The Army considers robbery a Serious Criminal Misconduct (felony).
You can have ONE felony and will require a waiver to enlist. Chances are not real likely you will receive it since you have a DUI (misdemeanor - serious offense).

you cannot join the military while on active probation,, it takes a court order to file away all charges on the con dition that you enter the service.,, some people use this to get rid of pending charges,,, and then will do anything to get out of ther military,, if this happens then all charges filed away. will be reinstated .
how can you be in jail for six months, have i year probation,,, no felonies but you were in jail for robbery?? robbery is a felony in any state .

I believe you can still join so long as it was not a felony conviction. As far as probation, you may need to wait until your probation time is complete to join, but this is something to talk with a recruiter about. They can tell you yes or no for sure. It's not a waste of time to talk with them and see. Good luck

No, considering that's a suspended sentence, in case you get in subject interior the subsequent 3 years, you will serve something of the sentence in the back of bars. so which you're nonetheless below the judication of the courts. on a similar time as so which you won't be able to enlist till released.

You are NOT eligible for enlistment into the armed forces. Sorry. Waivers are not considered for violent crimes against a person. Also, as a side note, you can not enlist if you are on probation. Good luck.

No felony convictions you can join. DWI you may have to show that you have gone to DWI school.
My important question is this.... How did you get robbery to just be a misdemeanor? Robbery is normally a felony conviction. You may have to explain that a little more to the recruiters.
Yet, The marines may take you no questions asked...

Talk it over with your probation officer and the recruiter. I'd suspect they may turn you down.
