I have dry skin right under my eyes, and it's really red
I've had it for about 4 days and it won't go away
The thing is that the other night when I was taking a shower I scrubbed my eyes to hard, trying to get my make-up off and then when I came out of the shower, I had red under my eyes. Now it's itchy and I really want it to go away, cause my 16th birthday party is this saturday.
Someone help me out?

you may be allergic to your makeup
the eye area is a sensitive area, you should go to the doctor
and make sure its not pink eye or something else !

The redness and dryness is from the heat of too hot of a shower and scrubbing. The oils and makeup in the lotion is now irritating the already inflamed skin. Use lukewarm or preferable cold water only. Use a very mild moisturizer like Aveeno with Oatmeal and do not scrub so hard. I would stop the makeup until it clears.

you really shouldn't have had to scrub THAT hard to get your make up off. did you use a different soap or makeup brand that could be irritating your skin?? if you did, i wouldn't use it again. get some aloe vera and gently apply it to your skin under your eyes. you have to be careful with your eyes and stuff like that though, honey. your eyes are SUPER sensitive and you have to be super cautious what you put around them. i would also make an appointment with your doctor b/c it doesn't sound like it's just dry skin. good luck and happy birthday!!

Don't wear eye makeup and use an under eye moisturizer.

Use Lactocalomine lotion,several times.
