haha jk jk... umm in what way? like positioning? or how to sleep overall...

well.. i usually do something productive before i sleep and i keep doing stuff until i get sleepy... like working out... or reading a book... talking on the phone... surfing the next... etc... then i get knocked out... hehe....

umm with positioning... i find that hugging something like a body pillow and putting my legs over a fluffy pillow the best way to fall asleep... positioned to the side... i get so comfty... and the room has to be cold! i fall asleep faster when the room is cold...

Couple swigs of Nyquil...couple Tylenol PM's and a few beers, you'll sleep just fine.... HAHAHAHAHA!

no coffee or tea after dinner - camomile tea - darken the room or wear eye covers - plug your ears to block out noise
