Hey! Try starting out by hitting 57-56, then as make your time go down by running a little bit fast and stronger, it will help you to get to the time you want. But, I know you all ready know this, but don't do it to hard, take your time, you will get there.

with the proper training u can chop off a few seconds but not like 12 seconds. you can drop it to around 55 then starting getting lower. I run a 57 and im a freshmen and my goal is to hit 53 by the end of the season.

A 46 is a pretty far leap from 58... Run 1200's and 8oo's to get stronger.. it worked for me . : ) ... If you really are willing to put in the work it can happen.. but if you don't put in the work it'll never happen..
