I had really frizzy, and dry hair so I decided to stop using hair irons, and start using hot oil treaments, and that has helped allot. The curl is starting to come out instead of the frizz. If you use hot oil treatments 1-2 times a week I'm sure you'll notice a difference.

If it's frizzy because of static electricitiy try using a dryer sheet to calm it down. Just take the dryer sheet and act as if you are coming your hair with it and it should make your hair lie down and be good for a little while, then spray it with some hair spray.

Go to weal*mart (it's cheaper there) and by the shampoo conditioner and defrizzer of "sunsilk de-frizz" the green kind lol...
you knwo the commercial 'get hairapy? well it really does work. I use it.. and If you want just the de-frizzer then get that..

Also if you take a tiny bit of baby oil.. not too much you will look like a shiny grease ball... and rub it in yoru hands like you would with all de-frizzer and pay attention to the middle and the bottoms first and then the top.. you don't want to get a lot on the top of yoru head..
it's basically the same thing they use at beauty salons when they tell you they are putting shine in your hair.. it's just oil..
Baby oil works the best.. and then if you don't want to smell like a baby-- just a spray of perfume on your head.. works like a charm..
Good luck.. let me know if it worked.. if not i have tons of remidies for frizz...

Well is it straight or curly??

if its straight there are tons of serums and defrizzers out there. Probably can used a deep conditioner.

if its curly, Catwalk makes this great product called curls rock, good for frizzies.

There is also a flat iron called CHI it is awesome. I have very curly hair and with the CHI my hair is stick straight, no frizz and super silky, love it!! The only downfall is they are around 100$
