God had nothing to do with it. The human body is necessarily complex because living is a complex business: one must find prey, avoid predators, resist disease, and somehow find time and energy to reproduce. There are dozens of structures in the body that could, with decent design, work better than they do; one example is the retina, where the sensor cells in humans are on the wrong side of the neural net.

And what is questionable about the human body? Just be thankful that you have what you have. Just imagine if you have to crawl like a snake or walk upside down 24/7 like a scorpion. or maybe you'd like to be built as a robot. But does that make you human? It's sad people are these ungrateful. Just be thankful that you still have all parts intact. At lease I hope so.

Well, the cars we make are complicated... Do they not reflect some of the complexity of the people that designed them? Wouldn't it be logical that the body would reflect some of the complexitites of the creator.

We have to be biologically self-sustaining and have the ability to fit into the eco-puzzle of the earth. God made everything so that it ever so intricately fits together so that everything supports another.
