The best way is to smile at everyone and be friendly to everyone. People don't realize how often they walk around with a blank face. Even if they do something courteous, like hold a door open, they often forget to smile. And then there are the formalities, like asking how someone is doing, but we often forget to smile when we do that too. You'll be surprised how contagious smiling is and how good it makes you feel throughout the day. Also, make time to do childish things. Doodle in napkin corners, spin in your desk chair at work, sing at the top of your lungs when you're in the elevator alone. It feels great!

Spend the time listing out your dreams, come back the next day and decide which ones are doable and turn them into goals by setting deadlines. Day 3 pick which one(s) you can start working on right away and this will tell you what you should be doing with your free time.
Also spend it planning what you'll get people for their birthdays or other events and how much money you need to start putting away. This stuff sneaks up on you when it really shouldn't....

I like to split up my day. I start off with some laundry then I go for my run. Once I get back I pick up the house and sometimes tackle a bigger project. Then in the late morning I manage to put myself together and go out and do my errands. If I don't have anything else to do in the afternoon a good book does it for me for a while. Hope you find something!

Well... id say have a nice hot relaxing bath, stick cucumbers on your eyes, exfoliate. Just generally pamper yourself. Wrap up warm and have a nice walk around a quiet park just looking and listening to the birds, it doesnt help any1 else but does wounders for your spirit and you feel refreshed xx

It's the little things that count during the day. You see a lady trying to open a door with her hands full and you automatically open it for her. You're waiting behind someone in line at a grocery store while they are digging in their pockets for a much needed penny and you just hand one to them. Or even smile at someone whom you feel really needs it. Trust me, karma adds up. Plus it makes you feel kinda good...
