Creatine will help store glycogen (fuel) for the muscles. This gives the muscle a larger store of readily accessible SHORT term fuel. It is useful in some forms of sport but not usually cycling. (high intensity short term disciplines may benefit)
The biggest disadvantage is that it adds bulk (weight), a cyclist worst enemy. It also interferes with training as the body will use this store of fuel first

No, creatine will not make you a better cyclist. Riding your bike and following a structured training plan will make you a better cyclist.
There is no magic pill, substance, suppliment or component that will make you a better cyclist. It takes stressing your body repeatedly and allowing it to recover each time. Interval training will give you a better boost than any suppliment, and it works much faster.

Donlt think so. Its part of a mentality to look for some chemical advantage but it is not creatine. I know that they have done tests on this in labs but no one really knows the long term effect of taking artificial substances to alter your metabolism or change your physical reaction to work. Pay close attention to nutrition but do not rely on chemcial additives.

It may help, but you need to be very careful about using it or over-using it.
My Doctor went to a sport's medicine conference and 1 Dr. was telling about great results that his team he worked with was getting from Creatine.
Another Dr. stood up and said that one of his football players went into renal failure and almost died from using it.
So, be cautious about putting unregulated supplements into your body.
