O.K. my friend, you asked a question that I am going to take a lot of tome explaining my answer! I believe in one God in the beginning. He who created all created the Holy Spirit. Then he and the Holy Spirit were one that is two but really only one. Hmm... Then God sent his angel to tell Mary she was pregnant with God’s son which could only be a God so we have three. The holy trinity. God, the holy spirit, Jesus. Three, the holy trinity but yet again just one God, because Jesus says me and the farther are one. If he and the farther are one that means that those two Gods are really one. So if God and the Holy Spirit are one and God and his son are one that means that all three are one and three separate entries all at once! So exciting! So really I believe in one God and that his son came to save us all and died a really painful death so that our sins could be forgiven and so that we could come to the father through him. So I devote my life to his teachings to the path he wants me to take, I spend all the time I can spread his word! Letting those out there know that there is a greater being out there that created all loves all and want all of us enough to give his one and only son to die a horrible death for us. I will spend my entire life glorifying God with all I have. He is more than worth it.

I believe in an entity known as God. Whether this entity is made up of 1 being, 3 beings, many beings is beside the point. God could be made up of just God...1 being. Or God could be made up of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (3 beings, one God). Or God could be made up of Jesus, Thor, Athena, Zeus, Odin, etc. God could be an organizational entity rather than a specific being.

No God or at least not in the normally understood by religion sort. I remain open minded about a much more abstract quantum level sort of thing. I don't necessarily "believe" in this though in the way faiths require, I just leave room for the possibility.

More than one God. Specifically, two - Goddess and God. Who are broken down into many more goddesses and gods, but all goddesses are one Goddess and all gods are one God. Having multiple aspects of the God/dess just makes it easier for us to communicate with them.
Bright blessings!
