The Holy Spirit is part of the Godhead. In the beginning Elohim created the heavens and the earth. The Spirit (Holy) hovered (like a bird over eggs) over the waters.
At the time before the flood, God repented God made man & man always resisted the Holy Spirit. They rebelled against God and went after fallen angels.
The Holy Spirit divided the languages @ Babylon. God said we need to divide the languages, otherwise the unity of the cult would be disasterous.
The Holy Spirit is throughout the Old Testament also. Same as the fulness of the Yahweh Elohim (Father, Son & Holy Spirit). King David prayed, "Take not your Holy Spirit from me...".
A vision of the Godhead is when Jesus was water baptized, the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove came upon him, and the Father God spoke from the heavens, "This is my beloved Son in whom I AM well pleased.".
Jesus promised the comforter, and the Holy Spirit anointed the Christians on the day of Pentecost (50th day after Resurrection I think). The Holy Spirit came in a mighty rushing wing and anointing oil on the Christians represented as a fire flame above their heads. Also they spoke new praise language and prophecied, etc. (received gifts of the Holy Spirit).
The Holy Spirit is alive and well today. In the beginning Elohim (God the Father, Word & Holy Spirit) created...
Also, to correct the answer below me, The Holy Spirit, the seal of Salvation, will never leave or forsake, will always be with and will fill unto the day of redemption. It is true that the Holy Spirit is with everyone born of God. When Christians are filled with the anointing oil, their lamps are full. And to keep lamps full is being the five wise virgins. Today, some born again Christians haven't yet been filled with the Holy Spirit, or have been filled and are low on oil right now, or some have said the gifts of the Holy Spirit is evil and suffer conscequences of that. Some born again Christians have their lamps full and are expecting & waiting for the rapture. But God has promised to never leave or forsake us. So the Holy Spirit will never leave or forsake us.

The Holy Spirit has always been as The Lord Jesus has. God personified himself in the personage of Christ so that we may be able to understand and relate to the one and only Holy God which, we seem to be having a hard time doing thus the Holy Spirit leads us.
Luk 4:1 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,

the Holy Spirit has always existed. He came to earth after Jesus ascended back to Heaven. Read Acts 1 & 2. He is the Comforter Jesus told His disciples about in the Gospels when He if He didn't go away the Comforter would not come

The Holy Spirit, according to the book of Genesis, existed before time began ("and the Spirit of God hovered over the face of the waters"). Some theologians think that the Holy Spirit is the very force of Creation.

The Holy Spirit must have existed because Jesus told his apostles about the Holy Spirit coming after him to help them.

The Holy Spirit has always been. It ministry changes as God deals with different people in different way at different times. He was on earth and part of the God head that created man. Genesis 1: 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. When God was dealing with the Nation of Israel the Holy Spirit fell on who it would but it could also leave them. 1 Samuel 16: 14 But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him. Today the Holy Gost seals all that believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for them. Ephesians 1: 13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, In ages to come the Holy Spirt will again fall on who will be it will also leave them if they fall away. Revelation 2: 11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

If your read the story of Christ baptism the Holy Spirit descended on him like a dove and the Father in heaven said this is my Son in whom I am well pleased. After Christ was resurrected he said he would send the comforter and that was the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is a part of God and was before the creation of the world.

God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit have been since before the beginning. The Holy Spirit was sent to earth after the death of Christ.

It was God, the Holy Spirit and then Jesus. Holy spirit was there already before Jesus was born.

You asked this yesterday. The Holy Spirit always existed, before during and after Christ. What part of that did you not understand from yesterday?
