Yes. I'm not aware of the one in Northern Oregon, but here's the link to the Southern Oregon one. It probably has links to a Northern Oregon one - I know there is one in Pendleton!

Try finding information on Cathrine Creek Junior Rodeo. it is held anualy in Union Oregon. I used to ride in it when i was a kid. don't remember how i go tin...think i just applied through the mail to the Eastern Oregon Livestock Show
