Do these back to back for 30 seconds each twice for a great warm up:
Side straddle hop, mountain climbers, scissor hops, mule kicks, and push ups.
You can continue with squats shoulder width apart w/ or w/out weights. Do lunges first by stepping forward with each leg w/ or w/out weights then stepping behind you for your sets. Then continue with pilet squats. Work your abs by doing standing leg lifts/crunches, side leg lifts/oblique crunches.
There are numerous exercises that you can do in your room. These are but a few.
I would also recommend a program called Slim in 6 that you can do from the comfort of home. This program is very effective and low impact. I lost weight and gained toned muscle with this program in less than 6 weeks. No pills, no special meals, just straight up heart pumping and muscle burning exercise. Its easy, simple, and fat burning!

Drop the dumbell on someones foot and then whilst they continue to chase you for months you would have lost 3 stone b4 u know it!

You can buy an exercise dvd and they have a lot of in place exercise you can do. Plus you can do situps and crunches and pushups and you can curl the weights you have and all sorts of stuff. You can look online for dumbbell workouts for woman. good luck

If you can leave your room, walking burns lots of calories. You'd be surprised at how many calories you burn by just walking around.

Apparently the best excercise is s.ex and swimming ( not at the same time ) in saying that pass the dumbell :)

I cut down the amount i ate then walked.Still do the walking I lost
