SAT is an exam, and colleges can accept or reject your application based on your score. A college financial advisor can help you find scholarships. Someone at your high school should have lots of scholarship info, as well. USA is a good place for anyone!
PS- NOT all colleges require an SAT score to be accepted, so make sure you find out whcih ones do before you take a test you don't need! I went to a private University (University of Tulsa), which is actually a very good school in Oklahoma (research it!) and they did not require my SATs.

The Scholastic Apititute Test tests students abilities in several fields. It does not provide a scholarship.

I think the USA is a good place for Asians and Blacks.
