You probably heard about this exhibit:

BODIES...The Exhibition

Celebrate the wonder of the human form in the World Premier
of BODIES … The Exhibition—a phenomenal look at the phenomena
we call the human body.

With educational relevance for all ages, this exhibition
of real human specimens immerses visitors in the complexities
of the human body, telling us the amazing story of ourselves
with reverence and understanding.

It is located downtown, by the South Street Seaport.

From what I have been told NYC has a museum that houses bodies from the past like Egyptian mummies, maybe Aztecs, I do know it is in Manhattan. Check out this web site and go from there http://www.ny.com/museums/all.museums.html Good luck and I hope you find what you are looking for. I do know this summer I plan on taking the trip to NY to get into the museum that has lots of Ancient Egyptian artifacts. Have a great day

It's called the Bodies Exhibition and it's down at the South Street Seaport. Tickets are quite expensive, around $30, but it's worth the money.

Yes it is called the East River. Free of charge and it's not so much a museum as a parade.

It's probably an open sort of cemetary.
