Yes you can freeze them for a few months, just don't let them sit out for too long.

Can You Freeze Stuffed Mushrooms

The mushrooms may come out of the freezer like cork or slime if they're raw. A better idea would be to make the stuffed mushrooms, partially bake them, and then freeze them.

Then you won't run the risk of problems because of the extreme moisture content in mushrooms.

Absolutely, that is how I prep for parties. I make crab stuffed mushrooms, and freeze them until I need them, and they are always a hit, especially when I serve them with a creamy lemon sauce.

You can freeze them, but I wouldn't. It makes them really soft and mushy when you cook them afterwards.
Also, depending on the stuffing, it might make them turn.
You might want to consider freezing only the mushroom caps, unpeeled, by themselves, and making your stuffing fresh when you use them.
That's what my dad always did.......

I wouldn't -- the mushrooms will get mushy. How about making 1/2 batch.

I don't think it is a very good idea, the mushroom will get soggy when you thaw it out.

Freezing mushrooms is like freezing fruit.
Sure you can freeze them but they loose their original texture.
