i think that it could be at any age over thirteen. but however it can be younger.

I don't think you can set an age that can be used across the board for everyone. Each person matures at a different age and it should be all based on the individual - some girls are probably ready to have a boyfriend at 14 or 15 while others might be ready at 16 or 17, and it depends on the age of the guy also.
It happens when it happens - don't sit there trying to will it on or wish it would happen faster.

I think 15 sounds good really. You have alot of time don't worry enjoy your life, and enjoy being 15. Once you start getting boyfriends thats when heartaches start.

I don't think you should have to wait I think as soon as you start Secondary (High school.We call it secondary in England) as long as they are just about the same age as you.
But if they start coming on to you (I mean as in wanting to have sex or touching you when you don't want to be touched) back off.
Its a sad fact that the majority of boys don't respect girls or their bodies so beware

I think 15 is a good age. You have the rest of your life to be disappointed by men...don't start too soon! LOL.

I don't think age should be the mater in this regard. When you understand the meaning of such relationship that is the right age for having a boyfriend.
