I am not saying it is possible, however, it does not seem like it would a big deal. This comes from the movie The Fountain.

I don't think it would be a big deal at all, it might cause a stir in the beinging but would eventually fade away

Immortality at what age?

Immortality as a spiritual being, zipping through the Universe or riding on a breeze and inch above the grass, would beat physical immortality any day.

Why would it be a sin? That's ridiculous. If you want to live forever go. I figure that by the time we reach old age, we'd be ready to die. But, then again, that would be if our bodies had worn down. Living forever would certainly have it's positive points. Imagine how much you would see and learn!

seeking God through Christ is seeking physical immortality. Unless your lucky enough to goto heaveven, then its spirit immortality.

God allows us to be here for a certain number of years, and I don't think there is ANY possible way to thwart or escape Him having your time "expire".
