3/4 cup fresh raspberries
21/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, preferably French
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper
21/2 cups mixed berries, such as blueberries, sliced strawberries, and raspberries or blackberries
1 cup peeled diced tropical fruit, such as mango, papaya, cherimoya, pineapple, kiwi, or melon
4 ripe avocados
Purée the 2/3 cup raspberries with the mustard, vinegar, honey, and olive oil in a blender until smooth, thick and creamy, about 1 minute. Push the dressing through a strainer to remove the seeds, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
Place the mixed berries and fruit in a large bowl. Gently fold in enough dressing to coat them lightly and transfer the remainder to a sauceboat.
Cut the avocados in half, discard the pits, and slice a sliver off the bottom of each so they sit flat. Season lightly with salt and pepper and set them on plates or a platter. Spoon the fruit into the cavities, letting it overflow attractively. Serve with the remaining dressing on the side.
This is a recipe i tried and i liked it

I love avocados and they are high in natural fat and so good for you, especially in the winter. They are great with many things: sandwiches with monterey jack cheese, lettuce, tomato & red onion: sliced on salads: served a top chicken breasts and topped with cheese: as a snack with crackers: tossed with pasta with arugula, cheese & veggies. However, one rule I have found is the flavor changes when they are cooked...So add to dishes once they are finished, towards the point of serving.

I like Avocados many ways: guacamole, chopped up on a salad, sliced on tacos, tostadas, in burritos, I know someone that likes them with mayonnaise on them, some people just like them plain.

have u heard of avocado shake?
well, they're so gooood. they serve it in asian restaurants, most of the time, served with tapioca(round, jello-kinda,marble size stuff).
in the philippines, avocados are good desserts. mix it with milk (condense milk or powdered milk/"nido" or "bear brand"-available in filipino stores). add a little sugar. don't use the blender, just mash it well. chill for 15-20 mins. and serve.
i once told my co-workers(mexican & white) abt it. they said it was weird stuff. but i bet u'll like it.
