What to do if your job does not send W-2 forms?

The only item on your list that might give you a tax break is the tuition, unless you own a business and some of the other items listed were expenses of that business.

You are very likely eligible for an education credit for part of your tuition. Many people think that a computer is deductible if you use it for school - it isn't, even if you use it ONLY for school, unless you are required to buy it FROM THE SCHOOL as a condition of enrollment or attendance. That is hardly ever the case.

W-2 forms aren't due out for another week, although many companies have them out already. If taxes were deducted from your paycheck, you should see the W-2 in the next 10 days or so.
