Alcohol evaporates at about body temp, it is also absorbed ,
(by the body) much faster if it is drank warm.
A person drinking room temp or warm booze will feel the
effects faster than someone drinking the same amount of the
booze, in the same amount of time, if the alcohol is chilled.

the faster a person consumes alcohol, the faster they will get drunk. this also depends on body size and tolerance levels.
