IMO there are some on this planet who don't have the soul of a human.......

I didnt claim that we do not have souls ... There is no evidence proving that we do or do not have souls, nobody actually has the solid proof to claim they KNOW that we do or do not have souls. That doesnt mean it is real, or not real... It just means nobody knows for sure so we are all allowed to have our own opinions and beliefs about it until we really find out the truth either through science or death.. As it stands my opinion is that I am completely ignorant as to the existence or non-existence of any soul. I think it is possible and I also think it is improbable but I really dont KNOW anything for sure.... yet.
Asking "Have they already sold or lost their own?" implies you have absolute knowledge that souls do exist... care to share the corresponding evidence that led to that conclusion?

You're not being very honest here, that or you've missed the answer you have buried in your question.
To claim something is to state a belief, whether based on fact or merely a personal opinion. The point is, some people BELIEVE the soul does not exist. So what, that is their right. You also do yourself a disservice by then accusing them of having sold or lost something they probably don't believe in. The word for that is arrogance.
You may want to rethink or more to the point, THINK before asking this kind of question.
Oh yes, for the record, I do believe I have a soul.

Spirit, Soul and Body. Our soul is where we have been given the gift of choice. With the soul we think and learn. With the soul we know right from wrong and the soul is what we lose for ever if we do not accept the sacrifice of Jesus. Our personalities come from our soul. The soul is where we operate in the flesh. The soul is where we war against God if we have not accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Many people wear a mask daily to hide their sin, hide their shame… because they don’t want to deal with the truth in their soul. They pretend things are fine. They spend their time blaming others for everything that is wrong with them because they do not want to deal with the truth in their soul. But God sees the truth in the soul of every person. Every person that admits God is real knows this, yet they still try to hide behind a mask in front of the world to hide their real failures .
Ones personality reflects the soul while the conscience reflects the spirit. The spirit strives for the good things of the Lord, while the soul is greatly influenced by the world

Some people use their senses, examine the evidence provided thereby and conclude that the evidence available supports the null hypothesis: no soul is detectable.
Others lack such intelligence, so consult a fairy tale which tells them that a big happy God is going to make everything okay in the long run, so long as you're a good boy or girl and go along with that.
