According to the OT, they had to lie to save their lives. Maybe this is what motivated Jesus to grow up and try to get rid of the OT rules?

What do you mean, they lied? Because Joseph married Mary instead of allowing her to be stoned to death? I guess that's a lie of omission. Jesus came to change things that's why he tried to change the OT rules.

Greetings to your planet from Earth!
Joseph and Mary are not in the OT. Jesus did not get rid of the OT, he fulfilled it.

They didn't "lie" about anything! They were warned to flee the country and they did. Nothing more or less. Another thing. Jesus' life story is the NEW TEstament, not the OLD testament.

Did joseph marry mary because he made her pregnant before marriage or he married her to save her because she was pregnant for someone else and he still loved her?

hmm could be. could have been mary too. seeing as if mary was actually impregnated by the angel it would have made jesus an "evil" in the eyes of god, knowing this the pharisees would have taken it upon themselves to rid the world of this "evil". bible even says the offspring of man and angel are "men of renown" and "heroes of old" both of which jesus was.

matthew 5: 17. "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.

Rahab the harlot was commended for her lying. For the greater good. Read the Book of Joshua.
