well i had this guy for a class, we always made eye contact. he always smiles first so then of course i smile back. but then i had to change my class and i never got to talk to him but i see him around when we change class periods. we just make eye contact. man what do i do?? do i talk to him or do i just wait for him to say something? but then i have a feeling he wont say anything.....i get nervouse everytime i see him....

try smiling when you make eye contact in the hall. if he smiles back, smile for a couple days, then say hey when u make eye contact. work your way up!

If you get really nervous, start small. Say "Hi" to him when you pass him in the hallway, make eye contact, and SMILE! He obviously loves your smile :)
Then, if you ever see him outside of class, standing somewhere or something other than just passing him in the hall, you could strike up a conversation. Maybe about how that class has been since you left? Try to think of something that relates to him, maybe a discussion you had in the class that you heard something about recently?
I do agree with the previous answers though, you should do something so that you don't wonder "I wonder what would have happened" later. Thinking about that feeling (which is a terrible one) is what always motivates me to go up to a guy...you have nothing to lose, since this won't affect your friendships, goals, or grades :)

Since you have been making eye contact and he replies with a smile, there would be nothing wrong about going up to him and saying hi and how are you. This may start something, but if not you haven't demoralized yourself.

That's very common. I'd suggest you play it cool. Maybe if it seems appropriate, smile at him next time and see if he opens up to say "hi" to you. Don't initiate the contact. You're too special to let him get of easy by initiating the conversation. You have to trust that you are special and if he is the special one for you, he'll conjur up the nerves to speak to you.

It's always bold of the girl to make the first move (aka talking) but some people like it to be old fashion and wait for him to talk to you. But for me i would work my courage and talk to him. Show yourself off a bit too. Hope i helped!

after making eye contacts, and you already smile so it won't hurt to say hi you know. and then everyday after that just add a few word to Hey_____what class do you have now. and so you know. if you don't act...your not going to go anywhere.

Don't be afraid to make the first move. Maybe he is a bit shy, so don't come on too strong. Just strike up a friendly conversation next time you see him and see how it goes.

I think you should say something to Him So he can see how smart pretty And stuff like that Come like real slow trying to start a relashionship But come off real Smooth like.
