An ONGC employee of 10th std / Diploma holder has a take home salary of Rs. 40000/- pm where as a MBA Eng Graduate in a Private/Small sacle industry is getting Rs.3000 to 5000 per month. Who is to be blamed for this dispaprity. We talk about Terrorisum and Naxalism. If economical partity is not balanced trouble is going to take place.
