i like a boy, and be4, In November, he admitted that he liked me. But now, when I asked him if he still likes me, he said no not really. I still like him and wanna know if i can somehow " open" his eyes, and make him see me as more than just a classmate/buddy.

it is still very possible to dazzle him,cos essentially to like someone u have to admire something about the person,if u know what he admires in u and try to do it more otenjust maybe......for example ur quietness

If you try to "dazzle" him, you'll probably just get on his nerves.. don't pay so much attention to him and see if he approaches you instead. There's no use liking someone who doesn't like you back, so if he doesn't come around, then find someone else to like.
