If he is never there, why would you even bother to care? Love and relationships are about togetherness and if that isn't the case, try to move on an find someone who is willing to be there.

If you love him but he doesn't love you, which seems to be the issue then he's not worth loving.

GIRL try to move on and meet other guys. there are always a lot of guys that are way better than him. show him that its too late

technically, you didnt ask a question- so what do you want to know? does he love you back? if so, he needs to realize the importance of quality time. talk to him and see if he changes
