This is sort of a continuation from my other question. Anyway, the bf & I broke up about 3 weeks ago over something, which in hindsight seems pretty trivial. We both graduated college not too long ago & just started our new jobs so there isn't as much time to spend together as before. But he initated the breakup & said that "We should just be friends," yet in reality we both agreed that we would never "just be friends." We both dated other people since meeting each other & I have to say I just can't shake the feelings I have for him. After the initial breakup, we didn't talk for 1 week b/c he didn't pick up any of my calls & but he started calling a lot like he used to, to say good night, etc. A few days ago, he came to my house to bring me dessert & a DVD he wanted me to watch & he's asked me to lunch twice since he's consulting at a company not too far from my office. I don't know what's going on, are we just friends? I can't seem to get a straight answer from him.

You need to let him know that you are confused about the situation. If he doesn't know or thinks it still best to remain friends then you need to let him know that you can't spend time together the same way anymore or as often because it's not gonna help you get over him.
