I have known this girl for 10 years now, we went to primary school together and we got on really well. We both went to different senior schools, she went to an all girls and I to an all boys.

Recently we started to see each other after school once we had got off the train. If we were standing apart, and we saw each other, I would have to go over to her but she will not come over to me. We will chat and make conversation. but some days she seems a bit moody and will either not take any notice of me or ony say a few words to me. This has only happened two out of the 10 times i have seen her but I am a bit confused. I have managed to find out that she doesn't have a boyfriend (not by asking her), but some days she looks at me as if she really likes me, others she doesn't even acknowledge me. What is going on? Is it worth me asking her out?

Thanks for reading and thanks for any comments.

1. she may either like you & is frustrated that you wont make any moves to take the relationship further(may explain the moodiness).
2. she might just be bored & flirts w/ you as something to do b/c she knows u so well. jmo.
3. i only approach a guy to talk 2 him if i dont like him. if i really like him, he'll have to make the first move a few times to give me some reassurance, then i'll start initiating things. good luck.

I HATE that. I know a guy who kind of blows hot and cold the same way this girl does. I think if you like her, you should ask her out or at least try to get closer to her. Any number of things could be causing her to be more distant... including liking you and wishing you were her boyfriend.

I would try to get to know her a little more and maybe talk to her or hang out sometimes besides after school. It's better to get your feelings out than to spend the rest of your life going "I wonder if she would have said yes", y'know?

Good luck!

It seems like she may not know how you feel about her...like shes confused about the situation and thats why she might be moody at times...if you know any of her friends talk to them and see whats up with her... and maybe instead of asking her out...have it be a casual get together...like her and some of her friends and you and some of your friends...so you can test the waters and have your boys tell you whats up, what they think about the whole situation...
well goodluck...and hope my advice helps
