Can I apply for Medi-Cal, even if I already have health insurance from my job?

(This is in California) I am pregnant, and I have to pay 10% and my insurance pays 90%. I just recently got a bill for an ultrasound for almost 100 dollars which is alot to me. Do you think I can still apply for Medi-Cal, just to pay the 10% atleast?

Probably not - unless you have a debilitating health condition. Offer to set up payment plans (even $10 a month!) with anyone you owe the 10% to.
