If so the trick is to not stick your entire tongue in the other persons mouth and don't be forceful and try and shove it down their throat.

Put your open mouth against their open mouth and let your tongue just barely go past your lips into their mouth and move your tongue in a circular motion. Be gentle and don't drool all ove the other person.
