There are lots of things to choose from that could be causing your tiredness, so I really recommend you visit your doctor and ask for some bloods to be taken. I felt exhausted for about two years, thought it was just... me. Turned out I had extremely low thyroid levels and I'm now getting medication which has helped greatly. As said above, you could be diabetic or anaemic. Or even have the virus that causes M.E. Why keep suffering when a test could diagnose something and you may be able to get treatment so you feel better. Even if the tests come back negative, your doctor is the best person to give you advice on some kind of tonic, or vitamin/mineral supplement.

Good luck and I hope you feel much better soon :)

At the pharmacy you can try ginkgo Bilbo it's similar to what a doctor would prescribe but you need some thing to get right in and wake you up. Only a doctor can give you some thing strong enough but ginkgo will have the same effects as to what a doctor Will prescribe. I went through the same thing years ago the only problem is when I was 30 they didn't have those meds or were so new at the time that no one knew about the, they work give it a try go to a doctor this is not the place for what you need.

Got the same. Acccording to the doctor I dont have enough iron in my blood ( I am not a vegetarian but dont eat enough meat), so taking iron. And Vitamine B complex, as Vit B is apparently for the energy flow in your body. She also suggested more exercise. So far, I feel a bit better so I guess Doc was right.

You should get checked by your doctor. Could be an iron-deficiency, low blood sugar level, problems with thyroid or something else. Better to know what the problem is than pop pills at random.

it sounds daft but if you've only been feeling like this for the last few months it could be lack of sunshine / natural light ( S.A.D) maybe you could try using a special lamp, great if u can sort it without taking pills. best to get yourself checked out at the docs too tho

It could be depression -- I say this because you posted on the mental health section. It could also be any number of other things. This is a good time to go to your doctor so he can figure out what the problem is.
