I think you are thin and often don't eat enough for the energy you burn so eat more if you have low fat levels for longer term help.

For now, for comfort, warm your hands gently in the sink , increase the heat a bit more once they warm soak em for a minute or two , your feel them expand and relax a bit and your bones will warm, when they do you will have better circulation in your hands for a while and more comfort.

Your hands will get the idea after a few times as we are all conditioned by habit, talk to your hands and let them tell you when they feel better.

You may have a condition called Raynauds symdrome or you may just have poor circulation. If you want a correct diagnosis you need to see your doctor. There is not much you can do about either of the things except try a good grape seed extract product or ask the doc about prescription drugs to help improve your circulation.
