I think that if a 7 year old is able to kick your a$$ and you are an adult, then you got issues. If it's in the dojo and sparring, then I guess if you are in the same age bracket, then yeah, get the point. if not, slightly tap with a jab, the kid will get the point.

No, you shouldn't make any attempt to hurt the kid.
But that doesn't give the kid the right to hurt you either, the best thing to do is to grab them and bring them to the ground and restrain them until the kid calms down.
if you wind up going to court over hurting the kid, you risk goin to jail over a bs reason because the kid was injured (especially if you're an adult or considered an adult) if you're a teenager, the same rules would most likely apply, so the best thing to do is restrain the kid until he or she calms down or an adult comes to break up the fight and you can lert them know what happened.

Get into a ready position and charge up your Chi until you reach a level of Kio-Ken that doubles your opponents. Then UNLEASH the Fury!

If you can't control a 7 yr old without inflicting serious injury, you are pathetic. Unless you are at risk of serious injury (highly doubtful) DO NOT kick to the head.

The easiest way to combat someone younger than you would be to give them your fighting stare (if it is done right they will run away).

You should talk to his parents. I know it may be aggravating, however, he is just a kid. You don't go around kicking children. >=|
Even if they are spoiled.

you certainly do not!!!-if he is getting carried away tell him/her to assume the position (press-ups) and do twenty and while they are doing this they can think about how to control their techniques in future. discipline is the key.
