They are just like spots, but inside your mouth!
They happen when you are stressed or run down, it is not normally anything to do with a clean mouth.
Best ways to get rid of them is rining your mouth out with salt water. Doesnt sound nice I know, but it works. Do it about 6 times a day (or when you remember) and they should disappear quite quickly. Or if you are feeling brave, put a dab of salt on each, they will go quicker. (it does sting!!)
Good luck!!

I had one recently and it was huge and lasted for two weeks, my husband told me to try Alum, you buy it on the spice aisle, it's used in pickling. I put a dab of the powder on the spot and held it there for a few minutes, it burned like the devil, but the next day it was already better and the next it was gone.
I will always use that from now on.
I usually get them when I'm stressed or sick.
Also, they are called Canker Sores.

Try ADCORTYL oral base, apply with finger tip, creates a gell over ulcer. Or mouthwash with salt water. 3times a day. I use it and it does work. It is a sign that the body is run down, try some vitamins to give up lift.

They're mostly caused by stress and i get them too. I just rinse with a strong salt water solution and make sure you use use warm (not hot water). Do it as often as you can (3 times a day should do) and they'll be gone in about two days.

these are painful condition.no exact reason ,some factors predispose the condition and these are-URTI,smoking,tension,exam stress,pre-menstrual tension, vitamin and folate defficiency, peptic dyspepsia etc.usually conditions are self limiting and heals without scarring.u r taking proper care to get rid of it. eventhough if u get it then take mouth rinse eg chlorohexedine gluconate .1%,two to three times a day.avoid hot and spicy food and drinks to restrict irritation.use solcoseryl dental paste locally 2 to 3 times a day

Try Adcortyl in Orabase. You get it over the counter at chemists.
it really works.
Why do we get them I don't know but i have given up on Bonjela long time ago. This one doesn't taste very good but it does clear ulcers very fast.

You can try putting salt on them - it stings but tends to speed up the healing.
I think plenty of fruit and veg. helps to keep your mouth clear of ulcers.
