You can not remove nerves from your spine. You need them. They transmit information from all over your body to the brain and back to the body. Sometimes bacpain can be terrible, but they do not remove the nerves.

No way to do that without a doctor.You could cripple yourself for life and end up in a wheelchair unable to move your arms or even your legs.
